Archohm is a design studio-offering consultancy for architecture, urban design, interiors, landscape and product design. Spanning across different fields and scales of design, the practice works on infrastructure, township, toll plaza, commercial, retail, institutional, hospitality, corporate, product and residential commissions. Archohm also renders design engineering services. Following its inception in 1999 in india by the virtue of a design competition coupled with an affinity for a cross-cultural dialogue and global exposure on design, archohm launched its studio in the netherlands in 2002 and established an office in libya in 2009 for its middle east operations. True to the vision of design discovery and exposure, through its various activities such as the archoforum, archometer, archotour and initiatives like zolijns, design factory india, the design village and gomaads, archohmendeavors to proliferate local and global design communities.

DFI executes a vast range of works both in terms of scale and nature. These extend from designing a city to designing a chair and from designing strategies to sculpting graphics. DFI continues to successfully cater to a plethora of fields as design research, system design, product design, visual communication, urban design and architecture. It aims at developing & cultivating a passion-based, design-centric culture by uniting people from different backgrounds and creating teams comprising of students, mentors and managers. The vision embraces the idea that when people from different backgrounds and design aptitudes come together to address a problem, the chance 'intersection of their lines of lateral thinking' is bound to provide solutions that are qualitatively superior, fresh and novel. mandi research project food production and distribution is a vital and an important aspect of every country and greatly affects a nation’s gdp. the mandi is a platform in the distribution chain where sale and purchase of wholesale products takes place. this study aims to understand in depth the requirements of a mandi with respect to its location, context, movement, morphology, functions, services, users/activities, ecology, and functioning systems. grain bag the project involved designing a pesticide treated grain storage solution for vestagaard which could be implemented within their existing production line. the final design was presented at the 6th india international design innovation and ux conference held at iim bangalore where, it bagged the runners up title in the academic showcase. members of the team also visited the vestergaards factory in vietnam where they were exposed to international working techniques.

Shades of India is internationally known as one of India’s most creative textile companies. Led by Mandeep Nagi (Design Director) and David Housego (former UK journalist), the brand combines contemporary design with the inspiring workmanship of traditional craft. The uniqueness of its style lies in the texturing of fabrics, the coordination and contrasting of colors, and the inventive, unexpected use of surface treatment. The company is acclaimed internationally for originality and inventiveness of its designs and has won various awards including best product awards at shows in Paris and New York. Mandeep Nagi, Design Director, has thrice won the Elle Decor Design Award in India for fabric.


GOMAADS is a product design studio sculpting life style products in concrete. An ordinary material always associated with architectural structure now being used to create decor objects. Coming from similar backgrounds of architecture and design Gopendra Singh, architect and product designer, Malavika Singh Gupta, interior designer and Aditi Sharma, interior designer conceived GOMAADS in Jan'13. The studio is based in Noida.
